If the app doesn't show as 'Protected' or fails to connect, please note:
- Your internet connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
- Whether 'Always-On VPN' is enabled
- Any error message displayed
GreenLine Firewall / Family Protection Setup
Need help linking your Firewall or setting up your Wi-Fi mesh or blocklist tiers? Tell us:
- The model number (e.g., RUTM11)
- Your subscription plan (Home Basic, Home Family, or Business)
- A brief description of what's not working as expected
Billing & Subscription
You can request invoice copies, payment updates, or plan upgrades directly through the form — just select 'Billing' as your topic.
