Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: 30 days from receipt of your order
Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Cooling-Off Period: 7 days for online purchases (Consumer Protection Act)
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (software, downloads, license keys)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened DVDs, CDs, or software packages
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at returns@xtian.co.za with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email returns@xtian.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions after logging your return request.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address using a trackable courier service.
- Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or send a replacement (if applicable).
